RT - PCR using gene-specific primers showed that HEK 293 cells express EDG2 and PSP24, the latter being a lipid binding GPCR out with the EDG cluster [1].
3, GPR44 to chromosome 11q12-q13.3, and GPR45 to chromosome 2q11 [2].
Both GPR44 and GPR45 are expressed in the central nervous system and periphery [2].
