Actr10  -  ARP10 actin-related protein 10

Mus musculus

Synonyms: Act11, Actin-related protein 10, Actin-related protein 11, Actr11, Arp11

Arp11 was discovered as a component of purified bovine brain dynactin. Tryptic peptide sequences revealed many Arp11 ESTs from mouse.

[1] [2]

Arp11 can copolymerize with actin, in vitro, and inhibit formation of Arp1 cables in cultured cells.
