  • To evaluate the usefulness of the urinary estrone-3-glucuronide (EI-3-G) in the monitoring of the ovarian function in girls, we studied 11 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) treated with LHRH analogs (LHRHa) for 2-5 years [1].
  • Also in the urine collected on the day prior to HCG administration, total estrogens measurement was in good correlation with the estrone-3-glucuronide [15].
  • The concentrations of estrone-3-glucuronide (E1-3-G), estradiol-17 beta-glucuronide (E2-17 beta-G), estriol-16 alpha-glucuronide (E3-16 alpha-G) and LH/hCG have been measured in daily samples of early morning urine from six women who conceived during the period study [16].
