Chalquest and Hayflick media with and without ammonium reineckate were compared for isolation of Mycoplasma pulmonis from the nasopharyngeal ducts, tracheobronchial trees, and middle ears of 66 naturally infected rats [1].
Formation of promazine ion-association complex with Reinecke salt has been applied for indirect determination of low concentrations of promazine by AAS measurement of the chromium content of the reineckate counter - anion [2].
The novel sensor based on reineckate exchanger shows a stable, potentiometric response for fexofenadine in the concentration range of 1 x 10(-2) - 2.5 x 10(-6) M at 25 degrees C that is independent of pH in the range of 2.0 - 4 [3].
The addition of EDTA, tranexamic acid and ammonium reineckate to semen did not influence the antibacterial effect, which was, however, slightly inhibited by sodium polyanethol sulphonate [4].
