Computer-assisted analyses identified papain-like protease, methyltransferase, RNA helicase and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase domains in the first two ORFs of RNA1 [1].
The RNA-dependent-RNA polymerase is encoded in ORF 1b and is probably expressed by a +1 ribosomal frameshift [2].
