  • Three independent clonal lines were obtained that secreted IgG HumAbs, including one IgG1 kappa (BP3) and two distinct IgG4 kappa (BP1 and BP2) [6].
  • Thus, the blood pressure QTL on Chr 1 is located centromeric to the Sa gene locus in a region that is syntenic to human chromosome 11p15.4-p15 [7].
