Squamous cell carcinoma in hemangioma of lip.

A deeply invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the right vermilion border of the lip superposed on a nevus flammeus (port-wine stain) was excised by the Mohs micrographic surgery, fixed-tissue technique. The course was uneventful and the final cosmesis was good.[1]
