Cereolysin, streptolysin O, and perfringolysin O formed precipitin lines that completely fused when reacted with horse antitetanolysin by Ouchterlony immunodiffusion and formed precipitin lines that showed either partial or complete fusion when diffused against horse antistreptolysin O or antiperfringolysin O.[1]
