  • We have previously shown that glucocorticoids suppress the proliferation of Fu5 hepatoma cells and have selected subclones which are either hypersensitive (BDS1) or resistant (EDR3) to the antiproliferative effects of dexamethasone, a synthetic glucocorticoid [1].
