Prinzmetal's angina during cyclophosphamide therapy.

The first case of cyclophosphamide-induced myocardial ischaemia with electrocardiographically documented ST-segment elevation, T-wave inversion, arrhythmias, angina pectoris and cardiac decompensation is reported. The data suggest that cyclophosphamides induces myocardial ischaemia by eliciting coronary artery spasm.[1]
