Disease relevance of GGT3

  • With the exception of GGT-2 activity, the mean values of total GGT, GGT-1 isoenzyme and bile acids differed significantly between the cholestasis positive and negative groups [1].

High impact information on GGT3

  • The VpreB gene, encoding part of the surrogate light chain, the GGT2 gene and the BCRL4 pseudogene were also mapped within the lambda locus [2].

Other interactions of GGT3

  • In most samples two bands were demonstrated, one located between albumin and alpha1-globulin, called GGT 1, the other located in the alpha2-globulin region, GGT 2 [3].
