Membrane transport: a coat for ubiquitin.

Lysosomally directed receptors are concentrated at a 'bilayered' clathrin coat on the face of sorting endosomes. This coat is highly enriched in Hrs protein, which can potentially serve as an adaptor between ubiquitinated receptors and clathrin.[1]
