Recurrent fatal pulmonary alveolar proteinosis after heart-lung transplantation in a child with lysinuric protein intolerance.

The recurrence of the pulmonary disease provides further insight regarding the possible pathogenesis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis and therapeutic options for this complication.[1]
