Multiple congenital anomalies associated with Duane's syndrome.

A 33-year-old man had Duane's retraction syndrome, microphthalmos, mixed hearing loss, short fingers and toes, and horseshoe kidneys on both sides and a right epibulbar lipodermoid. The patient had undergone surgical procedures to correct a cleft lip and palate and a left undescended testis. His parents were first cousins. Results of a chromosomal study revealed a normal male karyotype. The association of multiple congenital malformation in this patient may be rare.[1]
