Histamine-content of Gomori-positive cells in the rat thymus.

As revealed by a Reinecke-salt histochemical reaction and by immunocyto-chemistry, the Gomori-positive cells in the rat thymus contain histamine. The identity of Gomori-positive and histamine-containing cells was shown in histological preparations and tissue cultures.[1]
