Newly recognized autosomal recessive MCA/MR/overgrowth syndrome.

We report on two sibs, born to nonconsanguineous parents, presenting with mental retardation, overgrowth, craniosynostosis, distal arthrogryposis, sacral dimple, and joint laxity. These patients may have a previously undescribed autosomal recessive syndrome.[1]
