An unusual snake bite story.

The case is reported of a seven-year-old girl who was bitten by a tiger snake and sustained severe liver, skeletal muscle and myocardial muscle damage as a result of envenomation. She recovered after treatment with polyvalent snake bite antivenom preceded by promethazine.[1]
