The results indicated that andrographolide (AP(1)) and 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (AP(3)) significantly inhibited thrombin-induced platelet aggregation in a concentration-(1-100 muM) and time-dependent manner while neoandrographolide (AP(4)) had little or no activity [1].
