Chronic treatment with fluvoxamine (FVX, 10 mg x kg(-1) x day(-1)) had no influence on the licking response in sham rats, nor did it modify the transplant-induced analgesia when administered to transplanted rats [1].

Associations of fluvoxamine with other chemical compounds

These findings demonstrated that ICP is regulated at the supraspinal level when endogenous serotonin is increased by fluvoxamine [2].
Fluvoxamine bound to sigma-1 receptors in all brain regions in a dose-dependent manner, whereas paroxetine did not bind to sigma-1 receptors [3].
