Structure and biological activity of some 4-amino-3-cinnolinecarboxylic acid derivatives. QSAR analysis of cinnoline derivatives with antibacterial properties.

QSAR analysis was done in a group of cinnoline-3-carboxylic acid derivatives with antibacterial properties. Several physicochemical parameters, which characterize the variability of the structure of the 15 studied compounds, were compared as to their activity against gram-positive cocci, gram-negative bacilli and gram-positive bacilli strains. The physicochemical parameters with predictive value were found.[1]
