Corneal keloid in Lowe syndrome.

We describe a 3-year-old boy with Lowe syndrome who previously underwent bilateral cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation and strabismus surgery and developed an inferior corneal keloid. The lesion was resected. We report the results of immunohistochemistry analysis of the specimen, as well as alternative treatment modalities for this rare condition.[1]
