A mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and aqueous tetramethylammonium perchlorate allows to obtain the complete separation of the analytes on a C18 reversed phase column [1].
A solution of acetonitrile, methanol and tetramethylammonium perchlorate (TMAP) in dilute aqueous trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) has been used as the mobile phase in a HPLC method to elute LPV and RTV [2].
HPLC with ultraviolet detection at 260 nm is carried out with a C8 column and a mobile phase constituted of acetonitrile and aqueous tetramethylammonium perchlorate [3].
