Disease relevance of Dalacin C

The efficacy and safety of a single dose of Clindesse vaginal cream versus a seven-dose regimen of Cleocin vaginal cream in patients with bacterial vaginosis [1].
Clindamycin (7-chloro-7-deoxylincomycin) may induce mild or severe colitis [2].
Clindamycin hydrochloride hydrate (Cleocin), a semisynthetic antibiotic shown experimentally to be effective in ocular toxoplasmosis in the rabbit, was used in the treatment of four patients with active retinochoroiditis secondary to toxoplasmosis [3].
