Mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and buffer solution of 0.08M sodium phosphate monobasic containing 5ml of triethylamine (0.5%) and adjust with 85% phosphoric acid to pH 3.0 in ratio 35:65 (v/v) pumped isocratically at flow rate 0.6mlmin(-1) was used [1].
The chromatographic conditions employed a C18 column (Inertsil, 5 microm, 15 cm x 4.6 mm), isocratic elution with 10 mM 1-decane sulfonic acid sodium salt containing 10 mM sodium phosphate monobasic (pH 3.0)-ACN (60:40, v/v) and ultraviolet (UV) detection at 235 nm [2].

Associations of sodium dihydroxy-oxido-oxo-phosphorane hydrate with other chemical compounds

The compounds were recovered from plasma and urine using solid-phase extraction with C18 cartridges and separated on a reversed-phase C8 column with a mobile phase consisting of 77% buffer (5 mM sodium phosphate monobasic and 0.70 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, pH 2.35) and 23% acetonitrile [3].
