The role of altered vascular permeability in recurrent uveitis.

Increasing ocular vascular permeability by topical application of prostaglandin E2 was found not to be a sufficient stimulus to induce the inflammation in either spontaneous immune disease in NZB or induced immune complex disease in rabbits.[1]
