HLA-A and B antigens in patients with Peyronie disease.

Using microdroplet lymphocyte cytotoxicity test, as a method of HLA typing, 9 patients with Peyronie disease were studied from a viewpoint of relationship between this disease and HLA-A and B antigens. The frequencies of each antigen in the patients were compared with those of healthy controls. No significant difference of distribution in HLA antigens was observed between the patients and the control group.[1]
