Von Hippel-Lindau disease complicated by acute pancreatitis and Evan's syndrome.

Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome ( VHL) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by renal cysts, retinal angiomas, central nervous system hemangioblastomas, and pancreatic cysts. Evan's syndrome is a hematologic disorder characterized by autoimmune thrombocytopenia and autoimmune hemolytic anemia. We present the first case of acute pancreatitis and Evan's syndrome that developed in a patient with von Hippel-Lindau syndrome.[1]
