Ribonuclease-P RNA gene of the plastid chromosome from Cyanophora paradoxa.

The gene, rnpB, encoding the RNA portion of ribonuclease-P has been found in the cyanelle DNA of Cyanophora paradoxa. A secondary structure model for the cyanelle RNA fits into that for eubacterial Rapb-RNAs.[1]
