Injection of human TSP-1 or thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) patient-derived neutralizing anti-ADAMTS13 antibodies corrected the defective platelet recruitment in Tsp1-/- mice, while having a moderate effect in WT mice [1].
