We previously reported that GalCer expression factor 1 (GEF-1), a rat homologue of hepatocyte growth factor-regulated tyrosine kinase substrate (Hrs), induced GalCer expression, morphological changes, and cell growth inhibition in COS-7 cells [1].
Eight dogs (12.5 to 21.5 kg) were assigned at random to each of 3 groups that were not given glycopyrrolate (HS, HX, HM) and to each of 3 groups that were given glycopyrrolate (HGS, HGX, HGM) [2].
