Using antibodies to IFT88 and IFT57, we demonstrate that all four IFT proteins co-immunoprecipitate from lysates of mouse testis, kidney, and retina [1].

Analytical, diagnostic and therapeutic context of IFT57

We also observed by chromatin immunoprecipitation assay that HIPPI interacted with the 717bp sequence in vivo [2].
Deletion of this 717bp sequence and further analysis by electrophoretic mobility shift assay and fluorescence quenching revealed that HIPPI interacted with 60bp (-151 to -92) upstream sequence of caspase-1 [2].
