EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: In this research, we have used comprehensive expressed sequence tag analysis, serial analysis of gene expression, and microarray analysis and quickly discovered a candidate marker, urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1) [1].

Associations of UCA1 with chemical compounds

Stable transfection with the CUDR gene was found to induce resistance to doxorubicin and etoposide as well as drug-induced apoptosis in A431 cells [2].
