  • Using a yeast two-hybrid screen to identify proteins that interact with Taf67, we isolated Bromodomain factor 1 (Bdf1) and its homolog (Bdf2) [1].
  • Moreover, the N-terminal domain of TAF1 was mapped in lobe C, whereas the histone acetyltransferase domain resides in lobe A along with TAF7 [2].
