Encephalopathy, leukoencephalopathy, and secondary parkinsonism occurred in 3 children with refractory leukemia undergoing allogenic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) who were treated with high-dose amphotericin B for pulmonary aspergillosis or sinus aspergillosis that did not involve the nervous system [1].
