Superior vena cava obstruction and dissecting aortic aneurysm.

A dissecting aneurysm of the aorta led to formation of a fistula from the aneurysmal sac to the left atrium and caused obstruction of the superior vena cava. We do not know of any previous reports of this clinical syndrome.[1]
