Chlorobenzilate is an organochlorine insecticide with toxicity like those of Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT). A patient who developed toxic encephalopathy after exposure to chlorobenzilate mist, with associated clinical and EEG abnormalities, is briefly reported.
