High impact information on ELF-1

  • Our results show that the rostral portion of the tectum adopts a caudal phenotype: the gradient of cytoarchitectonic differentiation is abolished, and the molecular markers RAGS and ELF-1 are strongly expressed rostrally [1].
  • Here we show that the ligands RAGS and ELF-1 were expressed in limb buds and that they activated Cek8 when presented in membrane-bound or clustered forms of Fc chimeric proteins but not in unclustered soluble forms [2].
  • The inhibitory effect on neurite outgrowth of motoneurons exerted by the ligands ELF-1 and RAGS [2].
