Integration of F factor and cryptic LT2 plasmid into a specific site of the Salmonella typhimurium chromosome.

Suppression of dnaA mutation by F'lac and cryptic LT2 plasmid was used for selecting clones containing these plasmids integrated into rfa and galK genes.[1]
