In situ hybridization analysis of mouse liver, kidney, and brain detected LRP9 transcripts in hepatocytes, sinusoidal lining cells, peritubular capillaries, choroid plexus, ependyma of the third ventricle, pia matter, and hippocampus [1].
DISCUSSION: Our results suggest that LRP10 is a better choice as reference for expression studies of human adipose tissue compared with the most frequently used reference genes [2].
