Biological context of HNF4G

  • The new member of the HNF4 subfamily shows highest amino acid identity, similar tissue distribution and syntenous chromosomal localization to the recently described human HNF4gamma (NR2A2), we therefore classify it as mouse HNF4gamma (mHNF4gamma) [4].
 

Other interactions of HNF4G

  • Recently, we found that transcriptional factors, hepatocyte nuclear factor (HNF)-1 alpha, HNF-4 alpha and HNF-4 gamma were essential for the expression of DD4 mRNA, which is a major form of DDs [5].
