  • The maximal hypoglycaemic increments of MSNA were not different (HI 15 +/- 4; PI 15 +/- 2 bursts min-1 (P:NS)) Responses of plasma noradrenaline and haemodynamic parameters did not differ either [2].
  • The predicted LGL1 gene product (lgl1) showed 81% homology to P25TI, a polypeptide trypsin inhibitor recently identified in human glioblastoma and neuroblastoma cells but not detected in normal human tissues [3].
  • The P25TI sequence has no homology to other proteinase inhibitors, but has similarity to insect venom allergens, mammalian testis-specific proteins and plant pathogenesis-related proteins [1].
