  • By introducing an Arabidopsis cDNA library into the ypt1 mutant, we isolated a clone whose coexpression overcame the deleterious effect of ARA4 [1].
  • We found that the expression of the ARA4 gene in yeast ypt mutants causes exaggeration of the mutant phenotype [1].
  • The results indicated that the interaction between Ara4 and AtGDI1 depends on the conserved C-terminal Cys-motif and Thr44 in the effector domain of Ara4 [2].
