  • Thirteen cancer patients with moderate to severe chronic pain of malignant origin on treatment with Ketogan tablets were included in an open non-randomized cross-over study comparing the analgesic effect, side effects and serum concentrations of Ketogan tablets and mixture [4].
  • For pain-score the difference was significant (p = 0.02) in arthrodesis/arthroplasty patients day 1 and for need for Ketogan injections (p less than 0.001) in all patients day 0 [7].
