High impact information on pha-1

Biological context of pha-1

  • During embryogenesis a transgenic pha-1 reporter construct is expressed transiently in all pharynx precursor cells at the time when these cells become restricted to form the pharynx organ [2].
  • We have not noted a phenotype distinguishing any of the suppressors from wild type except for suppression of pha-1 [4].

Other interactions of pha-1

  • We also examine the relationship between ceh-22 and the pharyngeal organ-specific differentiation gene pha-1 [1].
