• We describe striking decidual vasculopathy and extensive villous infarction in a case of a first trimester missed abortion in a patient with SLE who had anticardiolipin antibodies (ACL), both immunoglobulin (IgG) and IgM, and lupus anticoagulant (LA) in her serum [1].
