Disease relevance of adipohydrazide

High impact information on adipohydrazide

  • Mixed yeast elongator-tRNAs (bulk tRNA lacking fRNAm,fMet), pure isoaccepting species of elongator-tRNAs (tRNAmMet and tRNAPhe), and purified initiator-tRNA (tRNAfMet) were each oxidized with periodate and the 3' terminus was coupled to Sepharose 4B through an adipic acid dihydrazide spacer [6].
  • A conjugate made of the polysaccharide moiety (O-specific polysaccharide plus core) of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of V. cholerae O139 (pmLPS) was prepared by derivatization of the pmLPS with adipic acid dihydrazide and coupling to tetanus toxoid (TT) by carbodiimide-mediated condensation [7].
  • The conjugates were prepared with Pseudomonas aeruginosa recombinant exoprotein A (rEPA) as the carrier, using either N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithio)-propionate (SPDP; Vi-rEPA(1)) or adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH; Vi-rEPA(2)) as linkers [8].
  • Interaction of adipic acid dihydrazide analogue of ATP with myosin. Involvement of the essential sulfhydryl groups [9].
  • Polysciences nanoparticles derivatized with vitamin B(12) 5'-carbamate adipic dihydrazide into CaCo-2 cells showed significantly higher levels of transport of the particles, when compared to unmodified particles [10].
