Disease relevance of IL27RA

High impact information on IL27RA

  • Here we report a new member of the type I cytokine receptor family, designated T-cell cytokine receptor (TCCR) [3].
  • Nine CDDP-resistant clones independently derived from murine stem cell virus-infected WM35 cells were analyzed and it was found that five of these clones acquired an identical retroviral integration site, designated as CDDP resistance locus 1 (CRL-1), as revealed by isolation of retroviral flanking sequences [5].
  • These data indicated that the preferential activation of STAT3 in fully activated CD4(+) T cells plays an important role in the cytokine suppression by IL-27/WSX-1 [6].
  • WSX-1 and glycoprotein 130 constitute a signal-transducing receptor for IL-27 [7].
  • IL-27 stimulation induced STAT1 phosphorylation in wild-type but not in WSX-1-deficient naive CD4(+) T cells [8].

Anatomical context of IL27RA

Associations of IL27RA with chemical compounds

  • To explore the role of WSX-1 in this model, WSX-1(-/-) mice were immunized with interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding protein peptide 1-20 to induce EAU [2].
  • The palladium-catalyzed three-component coupling reaction (TCCR) of aryl isocyanides, allyl methyl carbonate, and trimethylsilyl azide was conducted in the presence of Pd(2)(dba)(3).CHCl(3) (2.5 mol %) and dppe (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) (10 mol %) [10].
