Gene context of dideoxyadenosine

  • Dideoxyadenosine (DDA) inhibited the GRP-induced growth effect in DU-145 and PC-346C, whereas oxadiazoloquinoxaline-1-one (ODQ) had no effect on (3)H-thymidine incorporation [30].
  • 2',3'-Dideoxyadenosine, which inhibits adenyl cyclase activity, reduced IL-1, IL-6, and IL-10 levels by 29, 15, and 28% respectively [31].
  • Furthermore, C-ANP(4-23)-induced increase in IP(3) formation was significantly potentiated by DDA and inhibited by FSK and db cAMP, whereas ET-1-induced increase in IP(3) production was not affected by FSK [32].
  • Following pretreatment with H-89 or dideoxyadenosine, the TSH-mediated PLD response was also significantly reduced [33].
  • Identification of Escherichia coli dnaE (polC) mutants with altered sensitivity to 2',3'-dideoxyadenosine [34].
