Associations of DFN8 with chemical compounds

  • Advantages of donepezil over placebo were also observed in cognition and activities of daily living (ADL) assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination at weeks 24, 36, and 52, and the end point (p < 0.02) and by the Progressive Deterioration Scale at week 52 and the end point (p < 0.05) [30].
  • Intelligence quotient (IQ) was assessed using the nonverbal Raven Standard Progressive Matrix test [31].
  • 2. Progressive lowering of ionic strength by sucrose or NaCl replacement gave a similar activation profile for taurine influx as found earlier for residual K+(86Rb+) flux [32].
  • Creatine supplementation had a significant positive effect (p < 0.0001) on both working memory (backward digit span) and intelligence (Raven's Advanced Progressive Matrices), both tasks that require speed of processing [33].
  • Samples were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde plus 0.5% glutaraldehyde and processed into Lowicryl K4M resin by the 'Progressive Lowering of Temperature' technique [34].
